| When we made the decision to sell our house as a short sale the only realtor I asked
was Tracy. I have known Tracy for about five years through our church and I have
learned over that time just how much Tracy actually CARES for her clients. Tracy
does not sit back and just ‘list’ homes; rather, she spends hours making sure she is
keeping up to date with current government regulations, training herself in areas
of real estate she believes would be beneficial for her clients, training OTHER real
estate agents, ensuring that her clients are kept abreast of developments with their
own sale/ purchase, and last but by no means least taking care of her own family.
At the initial consultation Tracy was very thorough in making sure we understood
what the procedures were and also gave us a forum to discuss if we were making
the right decision and what other options may have been available instead of selling
the home. It was clear from the start that Tracy was not going to push us into
selling the property unless we were sure. Once the property was on the market
and a buyer was found, she proved to be an expert negotiator with the banks and
attorneys and she we were left with very little to do but supply documentation and
sit back and wait.
If you are interested in having a professional realtor on your side that actually cares
about your situation and is able to offer you knowledgeable advice, Tracy has to be
your first and only choice. She is also just a really great lady to know even if you are
not selling your house!
